I've seen occasional units run in the upper yellow 24/7 without any issues to speak of, but I certainly wouldn't want a fresh unit that loaded!

We have D2D2D setup with an Archive chassis attached via 4 e-sata. That we offload weekly.We have about 3tb of freespace :-)

Mine has dropped a lot, since we got rid of Exchange and the email arching that went with it.  It still spikes at times, but most of those are when it's arching to eSATA.
